Understanding Our Policy
As NextGen Education Mission is a non-profit organization, all donations are voluntary contributions made to support our educational programs. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
1. General Policy
1.1 Nature of Donations
Donations made to NextGen Education Mission are voluntary contributions intended to support underprivileged students' education. As such, all donations are generally non-refundable.
1.2 Commitment to Donors
Once a donation is successfully processed:
Funds are immediately allocated to our educational programsTax receipts are generated and issuedYour contribution is acknowledged in our donor records2. Refund Eligibility
While donations are generally non-refundable, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
2.1 Technical Errors
Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged multiple times for the same donation due to a technical errorIncorrect Amount: If you were charged an amount different from what you intended to donateProcessing Errors: If your donation was processed but you didn't receive confirmation2.2 Unauthorized Transactions
If a transaction was made without your authorizationIf your payment method was used fraudulently2.3 Cancellation Before Processing
If you contact us immediately after the transaction (within 24 hours)If the donation has not yet been processed or allocated3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Required Information
- Transaction ID / Order ID
- Donation amount and date
- Reason for refund request
- Payment method used
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
3. Verification
- We will verify your transaction details
- We may request additional information for verification
- Process typically takes 3-5 business days
3.2 Refund Timeline
Review Period: 3-5 business daysApproval Notification: Within 7 business daysRefund Processing: 7-10 business days after approvalBank Credit: Additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank3.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original donation:
Credit Card: Refunded to the same cardDebit Card: Refunded to the same cardNet Banking: Refunded to the source accountUPI: Refunded to the UPI ID used4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
4.1 Change of Mind
If you change your mind after making a donationIf you're dissatisfied with how funds are being used (we provide quarterly reports for transparency)4.2 After Allocation
If funds have already been spent on program activitiesIf equipment has been purchased using your donationIf your donation has been specifically allocated to a school or program4.3 Tax Benefits Claimed
If you have already claimed tax benefits under Section 80GIf a tax exemption certificate has been issued5. Payment Gateway Issues
5.1 Failed Transactions
If your payment was deducted from your account but we didn't receive it:
Wait 24-48 hours for auto-reversalContact us if amount is not refunded within 7 daysWe'll coordinate with our payment partner to resolve the issue5.2 Pending Transactions
Payments may show as pending for 24-48 hoursDo not make duplicate paymentsContact us if status remains pending beyond 48 hours6. Donation Cancellation
6.1 Before Payment Processing
You can cancel your donation before completing the payment:
Simply close the payment windowNo cancellation request neededNo charges will be applied6.2 After Payment Processing
Once payment is successfully processed:
Cancellation is not automatically availableMust follow refund request processSubject to refund eligibility criteria7. Alternative to Refunds
If you're not eligible for a refund but wish to redirect your contribution:
7.1 Donation Transfer
Transfer your donation to a different program or schoolSpecify your preferred program in writingMust be requested within 30 days of original donation7.2 Future Credit
Convert your donation to a credit for future contributionsValid for 1 year from date of issueCan be applied to any program8. Recurring Donations
8.1 Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you've set up recurring donations:
Cancel anytime before the next scheduled paymentLogin to your account and manage subscriptionsOr email: shirochifoundation@gmail.comCancellation takes effect from next billing cycle8.2 Refund for Recurring Donations
Each recurring donation is treated as a separate transactionSubject to same refund policy as one-time donationsCancellation doesn't automatically refund past donations9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Internal Resolution
